Obituary
Catherine L. Bartoo, age 74 of Sabinsville passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Snyder Memorial in Marienville, PA. Born August 1, 1948 in Blossburg, she was the daughter of the late Leland and Evelyn (Stebbins) Bartoo. Catherine graduated in 1966 from Cowanesque Valley High School and worked for Soldiers and Sailors Hospital for thirty years as a medical assistant helping out in all areas. She enjoyed crocheting and loved painting ceramics. She is survived by her sisters, Verla and Duane Patterson and Judith and Dennis Moyer of Sabinsville; sister in law, Nancy Bartoo and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Bartoo. There will be no services at this time. Burial will be in Sabinsville Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Kenyon Funeral Home, Westfield.
