Obituary
David F. Brown, age 65 of Knoxville, PA passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at his home. Born on December 3, 1957 in Wellsboro, PA he was a son to the late Franklin and Eleanor (Colvin) Brown. David married Peggy S. Tompkins and they shared several loving years together before his passing. David enjoyed spending his time outdoors either hunting or fishing. Dave also loved spending time with his family, especially his sons and grandsons. He enjoyed seeing his friends and spending time with his 7 energetic dogs, all Australian Shepherds. David is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Brown of Knoxville, PA; sons, Aaron (Anyssa) Brown of Elkland, PA and Anthony (Paula) Brown of Westfield, PA; grandsons, Jayce and Jackson Brown both of Elkland, PA; brother, Kevin (Brenda) Brown of Elkland, PA; and friends, Sheldon Wood, Denny Stewart and Rory Moon. He was preceded in death by both his parents and close friends, Dan L'Amoureux and Richard Falvey. Per the family’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
