Deborah Ann Hargarther, age 70 of Lawrenceville PA passed away on Thursday July 13th at UPMC Williamsport surrounded by family and friends. Born August 16, 1952 in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anthony J. and Georgia C. (Peters) Cincinello.
Debbe, as she liked to be called, was born in Buffalo, NY. She later moved to Webster, NY where she graduated from R.L. Thomas high school. Shortly after beginning her family, she moved to Elkland, PA. While residing in Elkland, she graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Wellsboro PA with 2 associate degrees which she used everyday as a social worker in Tioga County. She cared deeply for the families of the valley and loved having a job where she had an opportunity to make a difference and help those in need. Upon retiring from the county, she enjoyed time with her family and driving around to see all that nature could show her. She had a special love for her cats that provided her a great deal of comfort and company. Debbe was an active Jehovah’s Witness and loved the church and its members. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, James G. Cincinello and Gary E. Cincinello.
Debbe is survived by her son, David J. Hargarther II (Brandii); daughter, Deanna M. Hargarther (TJ); granddaughters, Brittany (Brandon) Quinton and Kaitlyn Groves; grandson, Anthony Hargarther; great grandchildren, Bentley, Brynleigh, and Bradley; and nephews, Richie Cincinello and Tony (Tracy) Cincinello.
A memorial service will be held on August 19th at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 39 Kingdom Ln, Mansfield, PA 16933, at 2pm with a local reception to immediately follow.
