Jane Costley

Jane Costley, age 78 of Knoxville, Pa passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Montage Heights Assisted Living in Denver, Co. Born on December 10, 1943 in Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late WJ Phelps and Stephonia (Goika) Phelps. Jane worked for Corning Inc. for 18 years before retiring. Jane is survived by her Son, Daniel Costley and his wife Candice; Grandchildren, Brianna, Alva, Emma and Tyler all of Colorado; Nephews, Rick Mora of Atlanta, Ga and Gary Phelps of Marthaville, La; and Nieces, Victoria Mora of Atlanta, Ga and Mitzi Roe of Robeline, La. Jane was proceed in death by her husband, Neal Costley; sister, Sonja Mora; and brother, Edward Phelps.  A graveside ceremony will be held on October 7th at 2pm at Riverside Cemetery in Knoxville with reception to follow.
