Larry E. McFall Sr.

Larry E. McFall Sr., age 82, of Knoxville, PA passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Corning Hospital. Born on April 29, 1939 in Elkland, PA he was the son of the late Orin and Beatrice (Havens) McFall. He enjoyed riding motorcycle, flying helicopters, camping and tinkering on car engines. Larry also loved working with and helping kids and trying to make people laugh with his jokes. On top of all of that, he spent a lot of his time being a part of several organizations such as; the VFW, American Legion, Widow’s Sons, Combat Veterans, Boy Scouts, LIONS and the Freemasons.  He was proud to be a retired Army Veteran, serving 10 years and earning several medals in his honor. Larry is survived by his sons, Larry McFall Jr. of Elkland, PA, Douglas McFall, Fred McFall of Elkland, PA, Steve McFall of Osceola, PA and Duane Stocum of Wellsboro, PA and one daughter, Terri Blackwell of Mansfield, PA. He was preceded in death by both his parents and most of his family. A celebration of life for Larry will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 1:00 - 5:00 pm at the Knoxville VFW, Boatman Rd, Knoxville, PA 16928.
