Lawrence O. Causer, I. age 57 of Westfield passed away after a six month battle with cancer on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at his home. Born October 17, 1965 in Blossburg, he was the son of the late James G. and Frances L. (Rudy) Causer, Sr. Larry served in the National Guard and was a member of the Westfield Masonic Lodge. He was an avid outdoorsman; loved hunting, fishing and mowing his lawn. He is survived by his lifelong companion, Janet Patterson; daughter, Cassandra (Billy) Cornish of Troupsburg; a son, Lawrence "Buddy" O. (Tishah) Causer, II of Ohio; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Art Causer of Addison and James Causer of NY; best friend, George Potter and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Causer; two grandchildren and 10 siblings. Private family services will be held at their convenience.
