Lucille J. English

Lucille Jean English, age 97 of Westfield passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at her home surrounded by her extended family. Born October 5, 1924 in Elkland, she was the daughter of the late Ivan and Olivene (Kilburn) Morton. Lucille moved to Westfield when she was three years old. She graduated from Westfield High School, Class of 1942 and had worked at the Wellsboro Corning Glass and Eberle Tanning Company office. She married Arnold L. English on June 23, 1946 and they lived in Wellsville, NY until moving back to Westfield in 1981. Lucille was a member of the Westfield United Methodist Church. She is survived by her extended family, Charley and Sherell Boom and girls and the English family. Calling hours will be held at Kenyon Funeral Home, 222 W. Main St., Westfield on Wednesday, 4:00 – 7:00 PM and Thursday, 10: 00 – 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held immediately following on Thursday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Ed Rodarmel officiating.
