Lucille M. Neal

Lucille M. Neal, age 87 of Westfield, PA passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at the Gatehouse Hospice in Williamsport, PA. Born on September 17, 1935 in Middlebury Center, PA, she was a daughter to the late Willard and Lillian (Mosher) Goodwin. She was a 1953 graduate of Wellsboro High School. Lucille married Eugene F. Neal on June 28, 1953 and they celebrated 54 years of marriage before his passing in February 2008.  Lucy enjoyed camping, square dancing and watching the hummingbirds in her backyard. She was a member of the United Methodist Women’s Group, the Tioga County Early Days and the Tioga County Square Dancer Group. Lucille is survived by her sons; Doyle Neal of Corning, Darryl Neal of Elmira, Douglas (Cathy) Neal of Wolfington, IN and Robert Neal of Elkland; daughter, Rhonda “Neal” Ferguson of Westfield; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Neal; son, Duncan Neal; grandson, Brent Neal; and brother, Duane Goodwin. Family and friends are called to Kenyon Funeral Home 222 West Main Street, Westfield, PA on Monday, March 13, 2023 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 3:00pm with Pastor Ed Rodarmel officiating.
