Richard P. Baldwin, age 82 Osceola, PA passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022 at his home surrounded by loved ones. Born February 6, 1939 in Elmira, NY he was the son of the late Richard and Ruth (Townsend) Baldwin. Richard married Lorie Hand and they spent several loving years together. He enjoyed attending auctions, playing games on his computer, talking to anyone and stopping in at the Moose. Richard was said to be stubborn sometimes, but he always had a heart of gold. Richard is survived by his wife, Lorie Baldwin; sons, Dustin P. Baldwin of Addison, NY and Richard Baldwin Jr. of Ridgebury, PA; daughter, Bambi (Richard) Watts of Elmira, NY; grandchildren, Brian (Ruth) Chaffee of Prattsburg, NY and Reid Smith of Waverly, NY; great-grandchildren, Chloe and Lincoln Chaffee both of Prattsburgh, NY; many brothers and sisters; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by both his parents, Richard and Ruth Baldwin and some siblings. Per Richard and his families’ wishes, no services will be held.
