Sharon Ann Clark, age 79 of Westfield passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at UPMC Wellsboro. Born May 17, 1944 in Wellsboro, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Edna (Cole) Swesey. Sharon worked in the cafeteria for the Northern Tioga School District for many years, was a cook in the valley for numerous restaurants; Wagon Wheel, Home Comfort and Knoxville Fire Hall to name a few and was an Avon rep. She was a social butterfly and loved to cook, cater and entertain. She was a Foster Grandparent, member of the Eastern Star, a member and former President of the Knoxville VFW Ladies Auxiliary, volunteered with the dinners for the Boy Scouts and made coleslaw for the Methodist Church dinners. Every summer she enjoyed getting cabbage by the truckload and selling it outside her home. Sharon was an avid Penn State and Buffalo Bills fan. She enjoyed playing Bingo at Riverside Manor and Broad Acres Nursing Home. Most of all she enjoyed being with her family and all her friends. She is survived by her children, Mary Lou (Dave) Earle of Westfield, Lura J. (Kirby) Housel of Wellsboro and Bobby (Sommer) Clark of York and two grandchildren, David C. Earle and Ian Borgiel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Clark and her brother, Joel Swesey. Family will receive friends at Kenyon Funeral Home, 222 W. Main St., Westfield on Friday, November 3rd from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. A memorial service will be held immediately following at 4:00 PM with Steve Goodrich officiating.
