Virginia G. Wynick

Virginia Grace Wynick, age 88 of Westfield passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Sena Kean Manor in Smethport.  Born December 31, 1934, she was the only child of Frank and Anna (Gursky) Warmus.  She married Kenneth J. “Sarge” Wynick in 1956 and they shared 60 years together until his passing on March 10, 2016.  Virginia liked to crochet, knit and sew and in her younger years, she was an avid bowler.  She was a member of the St. Catherine’s Catholic Church, the Altar and Rosary Society and the TOPS Weight loss group.  Virginia is survived by her daughter, Theresa and Roger McCullen of Westfield and a grandson, Dalton McCullen of Westfield.  Family and friends are called to Kenyon Funeral Home, 222 W. Main Street, Westfield on Monday October, 23 from 6:00 – 8:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at the St. Catherine’s Catholic Church, 110 Race Street Westfield, PA on Tuesday October, 24th at 11am with Rev. Jacek Bialkowski and Rev. David Bechtel officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Potter Brook, PA.
